Shipping/ Instore Pickup Policy

SHIPPING

Orders placed during regular business hours will be processed and shipped within 7-14 days.

Orders are shipped via USPS.  Customers will receive an email notification with shipping details once the package is sent.

USPS packages will arrive within 1-5 business days after shipping.

• We will not be responsible for delays in shipping that occur once the package is shipped. Packages may be delayed due to weather, inaccurate information provided at purchasing, or unprecedented times.

RETURNS

All sales are final unless damaged. If damaged, please email and notify us within 5 days of purchasing @ iwearscrubsboutique@gmail.com. Please include your Order # within the email when reporting. 

All items must be returned unworned, unwashed, and unaltered.

The customer will be responsible for the shipping fee of returned items.
